More than 50 years of competence on the market
The to date unbowed triumphal procession of plastics began in the fifties and MITRAS MATERIALS was present almost from the first hour on: The first THERMODET® sheets were extruded in 1957 under the roof of DETAG.
After the takeover through FLACHGLAS AG in the year 1970, MITRAS Kunststoffe GmbH was founded in 1989 as legally independent company. In 1998, today’s MITRAS MATERIALS GmbH has been registered as an independent company.
The excellent image on the market, the presence on the European market and the technical know-how along with a good team selection and a management which is highly sophisticated concerning the market, the management and the corporation: all this pushes MITRAS Materials GmbH towards the future of an increasing plastic market with foresight and optimism.
